WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO I TAKE?

For clients with ongoing work agreements, monthly payment via electronic funds transfer, ACH, or check is required. For new clients or those with occasional needs, payment is required upon delivery of services. I accept credit cards through PayPal and I prefer electronic funds transfers through Zelle-Chase Quick Pay.

HOW MUCH DO I CHARGE?

I offer services on an hourly basis and I also offer flexible ongoing agreements and I am very competitive on the local market for a consultant of my experience. A consultant’s hourly rate is not a complete cost – if you don’t have the right person for the job, a lower hourly rate can be more expensive overall! DO I WORK ON OLDER COMPUTERS?

Yes, many of my clients have older Macs, PC’s and servers. I can keep your critical legacy hardware and software alive and secure. I repair lots of other older electronic hardware as well.

DO I “DO” HOME VISITS?

Yes, I work for many homeowners and individuals with home business offices and I will come to your home to help. Home networks are increasingly more complex and should be reviewed for security and performance improvements.  Contact me for details.
